‘India to keep records of students abroad’

Thiruvananthapuram, Tuesday 2 June 2009: Minister for Overseas Indian Affairs Vayalar Ravi today said his ministry will prepare and maintain a register of all Indians studying abroad and streamline campus placements to foreign universities following a spate of attacks on Indian students in Australia. “I have already discussed the issue of maintaining a register of all students from our country who study abroad.
