Nine signs ARIAs

After being dumped by Network TEN for being too expensive, the ARIA Awards has a new home on the Nine Network. In a deal with the Australian Record Industry Association, Nine will air the event on November 26th -just before official ratings end for the year. The deal also includes a weekly ARIA singles chart countdown later this year, plus the ARIA Hall of Fame event on August 27 from Melbourne’s Forum Theatre.
